Apple heeft vandaag een nieuwe OS X versie vrijgeven, het gaat hierbij om versie 10.8.4 van OS X. Gebruikers van OS X Mountain Lion kunnen vanaf nu de update gratis downloaden uit de Mac App Store. Het gaat hierbij om een kleine update welke een aantal kleine verbeteringen heeft toegevoegd aan de nieuwe update.
OS X 10.8.4 heeft onder ander verbeterde compatibiliteit voor de Kalender app in combinatie met Exchange. OOk is de VoiceOver verbeterd voor PDF bestanden. Ook zijn er enkele verbeteringen toegevoegd op gebied van Wifi. OS X 10.8.4 brengt nog heel veel andere kleine verbeteringen met zich mee. Zoals je kan lezen is OS X voornamelijk bedoeld voor een kleine update welke een aantal verbeteringen toepast waardoor het systeem veiliger en vooral sneller zal werken.

- Improves 802.1X compatibility with ActiveDirectory networks
